CPD Property Services have been included on a list of selected suppliers for works on Superdrug stores across the UK, works start on allocated stores in late April and we are looking forward to working alongside another major retailer this year!

CPD Property Services are delighted to announce that we will be working on a number of Boots stores Nationwide in 2013 we have already completed cleaning works at Boots Welwyn Garden, Boots Newcastle, Boots Aintree, Boots Nottingham and Boots Edinburgh and look forward to working on more stores in the coming weeks.
We have been working alongside JM Scully a Dorset Based construction firm who have been operating nationwide for more than 25 years. |

CPD Property Services has this week completed the Builders and Sparkle Clean package to the new Resettlement Hostel, Alt Bank House, Fazakerley, Liverpool.
The cleaning works were undertaken for main contract Bardsley Construction (www.bardsley.co.uk) the new hostel with 36 No self contained flats with support and admin facilities and communal areas, also includes the construction of 6 No stand alone move on flats.

CPD Property Services Ltd. have been awarded a contract to provide void cleansing to the housing stock for First Choice Homes Oldham. The contract which is due to commence in October 2011 will be CPD Property Services third major region in addition to our current contracts in the Salford and Manchester regions.
CPD Property Services Ltd. employs cleaning operatives who have specifically trained to carry out cleaning works to Local Authority housing and our team leaders fully understand the specifications and timescales required to produce the highest standards of cleansing and associated works to properties.

CPD Property Services Ltd. recently undertook the cleaning of 61 student apartments at Ribble Brook House Preston on behalf of Jackson Jackson & Sons Ltd. during the summer period 2011.
Undertaking a deep clean to the kitchens to restore all appliances and sparkle cleaning to the flat following an upgrade to the en-suite units and new flooring. |
