CPD Property Services Ltd. have been awarded a contract to provide void cleansing to the housing stock for First Choice Homes Oldham. The contract which is due to commence in October 2011 will be CPD Property Services third major region in addition to our current contracts in the Salford and Manchester regions. CPD Property Services Ltd. employs cleaning operatives who have specifically trained to carry out cleaning works to Local Authority housing and our team leaders fully understand the specifications and timescales required to produce the highest standards of cleansing and associated works to properties.
